On Friday 04/04/08 the Board members of the ENTP have been welcomed by the Belgian New Town of Ottignies- Louvain la Neuve. They have had the opportunity to visit the town, to have a walking tour and discussion with elected people from the Belgian New Town. Louvain la Neuve is indeed a specific New Town with a decision making process divided between the elected local council and the university.
