| Join the Covenant of Mayors and promote your benchmark of excellence in CO2 reduction! | |
| | |
| ENTP is looking for three examples of practices on CO2 reduction from its members to support their commitment and disseminate their results. | |
| | |
| As previously announced at the ENTP General Assembly, since October 2009 ENTP has officially become a supporting structure for the Covenant of Mayors. It will accordingly promote and support the initiative within its members. | |
| | |
| The Covenant of Mayors is a commitment by signatory towns and cities to go beyond the objectives of EU energy policy in terms of reduction in CO2 emissions through enhanced energy efficiency and cleaner energy production and use. | |
| | |
| The ENTP towns of Barberà del Vallès (SP), Helmond (NL), Milton Keynes (UK), Nitra (SK), SAN de Sénart (FR), Vantaa (FI), and Zoetermeer (NL) already signed the covenant. | |
| | |
| We invite all the others ENTP members to commit to reduce CO2 emissions by joining the initiative. Relevant document and information is available at our office and we will be glad to provide it to you. You can start by dowloading the introductory presentation. | |
| | |
| Check the “how to join” page on the Covenant of Mayors website then contact ENTP delegation in Brussels. | |
| | |
| If you are engaging yourself is some specific actions against CO2 emissions in your territory, you can already gain visibility as your actions will be displayed in the CoM website’s new feature. | |
